The Amalfi Coast, by private jet.
There is no runway on the Amalfi Coast itself. Every private flight ends at Naples or Salerno, and the last part of the journey — by road, by boat, or by helicopter — shapes the day as much as the flight does.
The airports
LIRN
Naples International
The main gateway, with full services for any aircraft size. The road to Positano is long and slow in summer traffic; helicopter and boat transfers are common.
LIRI
Salerno Costa d'Amalfi
Closer to Amalfi and Ravello. Its runway suits light and midsize jets — check the current published length for larger aircraft.

The aircraft that fits.
Light and midsize jets can use Salerno and shorten the transfer. Large-cabin and long-range aircraft are planned into Naples. For Capri, the transfer is by sea or helicopter either way.
The aircraft, by class →When to brief early.
June to September is the season, with August the busiest. Book the ground or sea transfer together with the flight — in high summer it is the part that runs out first.
