Standards · How we screen

Audited, screened, documented.

Auren is a brokerage — every aircraft on every mission is operated by an audited Part 135 carrier. The standard below is the floor, not the ceiling.

I · Audit standard

Audit Wyvern Wingman.

All operators in our network meet or exceed the Wyvern Wingman registry standards. Wyvern is the independent third-party safety auditor most widely required by Fortune-500 corporate flight departments. Records, training, and operational programs are reviewed under their protocol.

II · Insurance

Insurance ≥ $100M combined single limit.

Operators in our network carry liability coverage in line with Wyvern Wingman registry minima for their tier — at least $100M combined single limit. Hull coverage and excess scale to the mission. Certificates of insurance available on request.

III · Operator screening

Operator by tail, not by carrier.

A carrier may operate multiple aircraft to varying standards. We screen by tail — the specific airframe proposed for your mission, with its specific maintenance history and crew assignment. Tail substitutions during a mission require re-screening.

Sub-tail policyRe-screened, never assumed

IV · Contingency

Contingency held in depth.

The audited operator network spans multiple jurisdictions. If a tail goes off-line for any reason within the contract window, a substitute is sourced from within the same audited registry — never improvised, never downgraded.

V · References

References on request.

We do not publish client testimonials. References from previous engagements — corporate flight departments, private offices, concierge agencies — are available on request, with the principal's permission, under non-disclosure.

Frequently asked

What standard do you screen operators to?Open

All operators in the Auren network meet or exceed Wyvern Wingman registry standards. Wyvern is the independent third-party safety auditor most widely required by Fortune-500 corporate flight departments.

Are records audited before each mission?Open

Yes. Records, training, and operational programs are reviewed before quote — not just at carrier-level, but for the specific tail and crew proposed for the specific mission.

What liability coverage do operators carry?Open

Operators meet Wyvern Wingman minimum liability of $100M combined single limit. Hull coverage and excess scale to mission. Certificates of insurance are available on request before contract.

What happens if the assigned operator falls short?Open

Contingency is mapped before quote. If a tail goes off-line within the contract window, a substitute is sourced from within the same audited registry — re-screened to the same standard, never improvised.

Can I see references before engaging?Open

Yes. References from previous engagements — corporate flight departments, private offices, concierge agencies — are available on request, with the principal's permission, under non-disclosure.

Are you the operator or a broker?Open

Broker. Auren Jets does not own or operate aircraft. We source, screen, and structure the engagement with an audited Part 135 operator who carries out the flight. The operator is the carrier of record; Auren is the originator of the brief.
