Auren Jets is a charter brokerage. We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to respond to inquiries and arrange flights — never to market, profile, or onboard you into a database for later use.

What we collect

Name, email, telephone, and any information you voluntarily include in a brief (mission, dates, party size, party preferences). If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, your number is retained only for the duration of the engagement.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, to compose and source options, to arrange the contract with the audited operator, and to follow up on the mission. We do not sell, rent, share for marketing, or disclose your information to third parties beyond the operator engaged for your specific mission.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for the duration of correspondence plus two years for regulatory and operational reference (insurance, audit). You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to the principal.
